About Us
Pathway Ventures is a student-run venture capital fund on a mission to lead students and startups on a path toward success. The team at Pathway Ventures aims to be the spark that ignites the fire behind great founders and their ideas.
Pathway Ventures believes providing capital is the most impactful way to support founders. The organization was founded to help solve the problem of inaccessible capital in the Midwest region while creating opportunities and experiences that are unparalleled to the classroom for North Dakota State University Students.
Why Give
To Pathway Ventures
Pathway Ventures believes in creating opportunities for students they do not get in the classroom. This fund will not only impact the founders and our ecosystem but create unique and valuable experiences.
Donations will be funneled through the NDSU Alumni Foundation to Pathway Ventures who will then have control over the funds. Any profits received from an investment’s exit will be reinvested into the fund and used to provide educational experiences to the students. Donors will receive the tax benefit from their donations and students will receive the benefit of the gift for many years to come.
